Merrick Trossman

Merrick graduated from The University of Iowa with a bachelor degree in Business Administration. He helped lead Iowa’s Ice Hockey Club to a conference championship where he established numerous scoring records and was named team MVP. Merrick went on to earn an MBA from The A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
Merrick took over the operations of Windy City Lighting in 2001 after its merger with Bulbs!Bulbs!Bulbs!. In nearly 10 years of experience in working with energy-efficient programs throughout the Midwest, he has overseen thousands of lighting projects.
Merrick is married with two children. He and his wife Sheila love to be involved with their kids’ activities. His daughter Meghan participates in volleyball, pom-poms, track, and dance while his son Blake plays both travel hockey and baseball. A little known tidbit is that Merrick is a “Life-Master” competitive bridge player.

Noreen studied Food Science and Nutrition at Chapman University. She worked in higher education as a department administrator for facilities and telecommunications. She also served as a courseware designer in the telecommunications industry.
At Windy City Lighting, Noreen administers the paperwork for the energy efficiency programs. She also provides customer service and account management.
Noreen spends her free time with family, exercising, and trying new recipes.

Joe is a graduate of Arlington High School. He earned an associate degree in Business Administration from USAF Air University Scholastic Achievement Program. Joe started in the lighting business in 2011 with a LED company based in New Mexico focusing exclusively on the automotive vertical market.
Joe is an energy-efficient sales representative at Windy City Lighting. His lighting experience has successfully helped businesses to design their energy efficient lighting solutions using LED technology.
Joe is the father of two. His family is very sports oriented with a particular fondness of hockey. For fun, he and his children go-kart and bike ride. Joe is an automotive enthusiast and enjoys local car shows and anything with an engine.
